Terms of Service

The rules for using Pangolin: your account, the networks you connect, artificial intelligence and who owns what.

1. Who provides Pangolin

Pangolin Media Lab ("Pangolin") is operated by ARXS LAB LTDA, Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 68.114.066/0001-46, based in São Paulo, Brazil ("ARXS", "we"). It is an AI marketing platform: it helps brands and creators produce content (images and videos) in their own brand style, publish it to the accounts they connect, once approved, and follow the results.

2. Accepting these Terms

By using Pangolin you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Pangolin on behalf of a company, you confirm you can accept them for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Your account

• Access is currently by invitation: ARXS creates the account for the company or creator.
• You must be 18 or older.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you invite to it. If you notice access you do not recognize, tell us at the email at the end of this page.
• Commercial terms (price, usage limits and duration) are those agreed with ARXS in writing.

4. Accounts you connect

You can connect your own social media accounts, such as Instagram and TikTok, to Pangolin. You connect them through each platform's official login, where you see what Pangolin asks for and authorize it. From then on:

• Pangolin only publishes what you approved, to the account you chose and with the options you set (for example, who can view the post). Nothing is published without an action from you.
• You can disconnect an account at any time, in Pangolin or in the platform's own settings.
• Your use of each platform remains subject to its rules, such as the TikTok Terms of Service and the Meta Terms. You are responsible for complying with them in what you publish.

5. Artificial intelligence

Pangolin produces content with artificial intelligence models. They can make mistakes: a text, an image or a detail may turn out different from what you wanted, or inaccurate.

• Review each piece before approving it. Approval is yours, and publishing only happens after it.
• When a platform requires it, Pangolin labels the content as AI-generated.
• Pangolin is a production and publishing tool; it is not legal advice, regulated advertising advice or a guarantee of results (reach, sales or followers).

6. What is yours and what is ours

• What you upload stays yours (logo, photos, videos, texts). You give us a limited license to use it only to provide the service to you: store it, process it, generate the content and publish it where you tell us to.
• The content generated for you is yours to use, including commercially. We do not claim ownership of it. Because AI models can produce similar results for different people, we do not guarantee exclusivity.
• You confirm you have the right to use what you upload and publish: images of people, third-party brands, music and protected works.
• Pangolin, its brand, software and platform content belong to ARXS or its licensors. Your access is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license while your account is active.

7. Acceptable use

When using Pangolin, you agree not to:

• publish content that is illegal, misleading, discriminatory, violent, sexual involving minors, or that infringes the rights of others;
• impersonate another person or brand, or hide that content is advertising when the law or the platform requires it to be disclosed;
• use Pangolin for spam, engagement manipulation or to get around the platforms' rules;
• try to access another account's data, bypass technical limits or overload the service;
• resell, copy or redistribute Pangolin without written permission.

We may suspend publishing or an account that breaches this section, with notice by email, unless the law requires otherwise.

8. Personal data

How we handle personal data, on what legal basis and for how long is in the Privacy Policy. For the data you bring to Pangolin, you are the controller and ARXS is the processor, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018, LGPD).

9. Ending the service

You can stop using Pangolin at any time by writing to the email at the end of this page. Connected accounts are disconnected immediately, and your data is returned to you, if you ask, and deleted within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.

10. Availability

We work to keep Pangolin running. There may be downtime for maintenance, supplier failures or changes in the connected platforms (for example, a new Instagram or TikTok rule) beyond our control.

11. Liability

We are liable for the direct damages we cause. We are not liable for lost profits, for how publications perform, or for content published without review. Nothing here removes the rights the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code gives you when it applies, nor excludes our liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction

We may change these Terms. Relevant changes are announced by email or in Pangolin at least 15 days in advance, and the version published here is always the one in force. Brazilian law applies, and the courts of the consumer's domicile have jurisdiction.
